DIRECTION FOR USE: Use this seasoning to add a wonderful flavor to the esfiha, kibe, kafta, etc. Also use in couscous, chicken, meat, vegetables, soup, stew, rice, breads and meatballs. It is excellent for seasoning meats before grilling. 

To make a marinade, mix it with a little olive oil and lemon juice, or rub the meat.
