AMERICAN Barbecue consists of a blend of herbs and spices selected and combined to add flavor, texture and color to grilled meats, roasts and barbecues.

AMERICAN Barbecue is a "dry rub" that contains the perfect blend of carefully selected herbs and spices, which combine to enhance the flavor, color and aroma of barbecues, baked goods and grilled meats.

It is suitable for all types of meat and even vegetables. Its flavor is slightly sweet and slightly spicy. And its smoky aroma is all natural, produced by the condensation of smoke vapors from the wood burning.  It is perfect for grilled or barbecued meats.

INGREDIENTS: garlic, natural smoke aroma, onion, celery, coriander, cumin, thyme, bay leaf, dill, basil, marjoram, mustard, oregano, savory, cayenne pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, urucum.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Scrub a generous amount of the mix into the meat of your choice and keep it in a closed container in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours before baking or grilling. The longer the time, the better the flavors and aromas will be incorporated into the meat. For 250g of raw meat use 1 teaspoon (5g).
