Use it to marinate poultry, pork (souvlaki), lamb or vegetables. Sprinkle it on tomatoes, potatoes, eggs, omelets, fish, seafood, rice, vegetables and soups. Also use it as a "rub" by rubbing it on any type of meat before grilling or baking.

Mix it with olive oil and rub in lamb chops or kebabs. Brush it over slices of eggplant, peppers or tomatoes before grilling. It is also an excellent flavor enhancer for stews, soups, sauces and salads.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For every 500g of food vegetables or for every 250g of raw meat use 1 teaspoon (5g).
