FISH seasoning is a versatile blend that can be used in all types of fish and seafood. It is excellent for sprinkling on salmon, cod, whiting, sole, tuna, Saint Peter, shrimp, crab or any type of fish or seafood.  This delicious mix complements the taste of marine or river fish. Use it also in marinades or rubs.

It is ideal for fried, baked, roasted or grilled fresh fish and seafood.

Perfectly blended with potatoes, pasta and poultry. Mix it with sour cream or yogurt and serve it as a pâté.

INGREDIENTS: garlic, onion, celery, rosemary, lemon peel, coriander, fennel, ginger, dill, cumin, basil, bay, marjoram, oregano, thyme, black pepper, parsley, savory.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For every 500g of seafood and vegetables or for every 250g of raw fish use 1 teaspoon (5g). TIP: Scrub a generous amount of the mix into the fish of your choice and keep it in a closed container in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours before baking or grilling. The longer the time, the better the flavors and aromas will be incorporated into the meat.
